heartwarming is the only word to describe this spicy miso ramen. It’s spicy, slightly creamy, super filling, and absolutely delicious. My daughter made this from scratch for a special mother-daughter dinner so I don’t have the exact recipe but luckily this is one made with love so adjust the amounts to your preference  – veggie broth, miso paste, serrano peppers, spinach, sauteed onions, green onions, edamame, cilantro, coconut milk, a touch of soy sauce, ginger and garlic. The broth is poured over uncooked ramen (the ramen will cook in the broth) and topped with crispy mushrooms and a drizzle of chili oil. Truly love in a bowl!
