INGREDIENTS
Dry ingredients
1 cup oat flour
½ cup Bisquick or Kodiak flour or all purpose flour
1 tbs ground flax powder
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp baking powder
1 – 1 ½ cup warm milk
Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, grated bananas, blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Whisk together all the dry ingredients
2 Add a cup of the milk and mix together and add ¼ cup at a time until the pancake batter is of pourable consistency
3 Heat the griddle and ladle ¼ cup at a time into circles. Add butter and flip when the pancakes are browned
4 Add warm maple syrup, butter, and fruit, and enjoy!
