if you haven’t been to Chicago’s coolest late night taco spot, then what are you waiting for? It’s so fun! We’ve had all the veg options throughout the years and they are all amazing but I’m partial to the Nashville hot tofu. There’s also fried paneer, Mediterranean mushroom, and beer battered cauliflower. Let me know which one is your fave!
