the Pink Drink from Starbucks is a fun occasional treat, but this Pretty in Pink Smoothie is a daily favorite. It’s full of all of the good stuff and a great start to your day!


½ cup strawberries

½ banana

½ cup oat milk

Splash of vanilla

Dash of cinnamon

1 tsp flax seeds A few ice cubes

Optional nutritional boosts (add about 1 tsp of any): hemp seeds, chia seeds, soaked nuts (e.g. almonds or cashews), vanilla protein powder, acai powder, goji berries, whole peeled ginger, a small piece of raw beet, or 1 tbs frozen cauliflower rice (non-seasoned)


1 Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and double blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Could it be any easier? Enjoy!

Note: to have this taste more like the Starbucks’ Pink Drink, blend together ½ cup berry juice, ½ cup strawberries, ½ cup sweetened coconut milk, and ice. Garnish with freeze dried strawberries. If you want a strawberry refresher, then replace the coconut milk with coconut water. All variations are delicious!
