PANEER TIKKA PIZZA


no naan, no problem because this pizza is a fun spin on the classic. This fusion pizza came together fairly quickly because I used a premade crust and paneer tikka masala from our favorite Indian restaurant. First, I added some Indian spices to @raoshomemade pizza sauce and spread it over the crust. Then, I chopped red/yellow/green peppers, red onions, and jalapenos and scattered it over the sauce. Add your favorite shredded cheese and top with dollops of the paneer tikka masala. Sprinkle fresh basil, paneer tikka masala powder, and a dash of chat masala over the top and bake for about 10 min in a preheated 425F oven. It was a huge hit in our house, and I’m sure it will be in yours too! Let me know if you make this!
