for an un-BEET-able easy start to your day, all you need is half a medium raw beet, a peeled and pitted ripe nectarine, a few goji berries, a couple of cubes of ice, and about ¼ cup water. Throw it all into a high-speed blender and double blend away! Beets are heart healthy and anti-inflammatory, the nectarines are super sweet and high in fiber, and the goji berries are full of antioxidants. I like to have a nutrient rich but not heavy breakfast so this is a perfect way for me to start the day!
