Don’t you just love it when you find charming gems in your neighborhood that have delicious food, beautiful ambiance, and friendly service? Bar Salotto is a boutique pizza bar that recently opened. The quality of ingredients was high, and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast we received our food despite being extremely busy. They don’t take reservations yet so be prepared to wait (we had a 30-minute wait on a Thursday evening at 6:30 pm). Definitely LMK if you go – Emily is one of the owners and is at the hostess stand so be sure and tell her I said hello!

🌱Crispy eggplant stacks ❤️

🌱Spicy vodka rigatoni

🌱Broccolini pesto

🌱Potato pizza (special of the day – I was a little wary but it was amazing and I don’t even like cream-based sauces)

My friend went the day after us and enjoyed the garlic puffs, margarita pizza, and the cacio e pepe. The pizzas are definitely recommended. The pasta sauces are very flavorful.
