this sauce is so delicious that you will use it as a dressing, as a sauce, as a dip, and literally make up ways to eat it. Confession: someone in our house may or may not have eaten it with a spoon straight out of the blender.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 diced avocado
2 chopped jalapeños
1 cup cilantro
1/4 cup water (adjust as needed)
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tsp cumin
Juice of 1 fresh lime
METHOD
Place everything in a food processor and blend together. It’s that easy!
Note: if you don’t have a food processor then just use the pulse mode on your blender.
